Return & Refund Policy – AF Atelier
At AF Atelier, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Product must not be damaged or altered
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned
- Personal care items once unsealed are not eligible
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
- Refund will be issued via bank transfer or original payment method
