  • All orders placed are subject to acceptance by AF Atelier
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
  • A binding contract is formed only when the order is confirmed and dispatched

4. Pricing & Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Online Payments (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, etc.)

All prices are in PKR and may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery time is 3–5 working days across Pakistan
  • Delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility
  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details; we are not responsible for incorrect addresses

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • Opened perfumes are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

You agree not to misuse our website or services, including:

  • Attempting fraudulent transactions
  • Interfering with website functionality
